These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Zenwoodart for use of zenwoodart.com and for purchases made there. By using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Who we are

The store is operated under the name Zenwoodart. For an order, a product, or a custom bracelet, email support@zenwoodart.com. We usually reply within 48 hours.

Products

We sell handmade bracelets made with natural wood, herbs, and other natural materials. Grain, color, bead size, and scent can differ from the photographs. Those differences are part of the material, not a defect.

Our bracelets are wearable accessories. They are not food, supplements, or medicine, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

A custom bracelet is made to the details you send us. Please review those details before you confirm the order.

Orders and payment

The price, shipping cost, and taxes shown at checkout are the amounts you agree to pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email an order confirmation, unless we later email you that we cannot complete the order.

If we cannot make or ship an item, we email you and refund what you paid for that item.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you enter, and that the details you enter are accurate.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep the login details private. You are responsible for activity under that account. Email us if you believe someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. This includes trying to access another person's account, interfering with the website, or using the site for fraud.

Intellectual property

The site name, text, photographs, and design belong to Zenwoodart or are used with permission. You may share a product link for personal use. You may not copy them for another store or for marketing without our written permission.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that the law of your place of residence does not allow us to remove.

Limitation of liability

Except where the law does not allow a limit, Zenwoodart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. The posted version applies to orders placed after it is posted. An order already placed stays under the terms in effect when it was placed.
