This Refund Policy covers bracelets and related items sold by Zenwoodart at zenwoodart.com. For a question about an order, email support@zenwoodart.com. We usually reply within 48 hours.

How to request a return

Email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return steps. Please wait for that reply before sending an item back.

An item can be returned when it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including any pouch or card that came with it.

Items we cannot accept back

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items that are not in their original condition.
Custom bracelets made to your request, unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Natural materials

Each bracelet is handmade from natural wood, herbs, or other natural materials. Grain, color, bead size, and scent can differ from the photographs. Those differences are not defects and are not a reason for a return.

Our error or damage on arrival

If we sent the wrong item, missed an item, or the item arrived damaged, email us after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund the item price. If a return is needed, we cover the reasonable cost of sending it back.

Change of mind

If you return an eligible item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. After we receive and inspect it, we refund the item price. The original shipping charge is refunded only when the return is our error, or when we cancel the order before it ships.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides when the refund appears on your statement.

Exchanges

Email us if you would rather exchange an eligible item. We can exchange it for another bracelet we have available. If we cannot, we refund the item price under this policy.
